I am driven by a passion for leadership development and the creation and implementation of scalable employee systems.

My background involves nearly a decade of leading deskless workforces.  This has involved the on-boarding, development and overall lifecycle of various levels of leadership through the Director level.  Challenging myself to develop others is truly my passion.

I have long engaged in the practice of eating last.  This lets me know that my team is well cared for and their needs are met – and above all else – lets them know  it, too.
